Our continued success depends on the talent, efforts and achievements of our exceptional employees. We are currently recruiting for a Merchandise Returns Coordinator.

Primary Responsibilities: In this role, you will act as the CRI liaison between us and our customers for all merchandise returns. You will coordinate authorizations for merchandise returns and, using good judgment, determine the appropriate outcome, which, in most cases will be to issue a credit authorization. You will act as the point of contact for our customers in processing their requests for returns and oversee the inspection of returned merchandise and determine if a claim back to the customer is required. You will maintain a database of returned merchandise information and report and analyze this data for the quality assurance department. You will be responsible for tracking merchandise return costs and create reports for management. You may also be called on to assist in other departments when necessary.

Requirements:
• BS degree
• 2+ years work experience, retail or wholesale club experience a plus
• Strong computer skills and experience with Excel and databases
• Excellent verbal communications skills required
• Must be decisive and have professional demeanor
• Strong work ethic and desire to work independently required
