As a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager you would be responsible for:
* The recruiting, hiring and training of exceptional Partners at every level of our business.
* Insuring that Brighton’s customer service and selling standards are being consistently practiced every day, with every customer!
* Achieving the stores financial objectives including the sales plan and payroll
* Meeting and maintaining our high operational standards.
* Finally…being nice to our customers and your felloe Partners.
