We need a detail oriented assistant who will primarily support two executives. We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication, administrative and interpersonal skills.
Candidate must have excellent organizational capacity, time management skills and must be focused under pressure.
This position would be an ideal fit for anyone who has previous experience assisting in real estate, banking, finance companies, mortgage companies, real estate sales offices or title companies.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Maintain client files, correspondence, deadlines and timelines.
- Act as primary contact person for all borrower related communication.
- Manage calendars.
- Manage office communications.
- Light bookkeeping
- Writing letters/emails/etc.
- Creating spreadsheets/reports to track company goals.
Essential Requirements:
- Must have ability to triage tasks and ability to manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of real estate vocabulary, procedures, and transactions.
- Real Estate license a plus.
- Notary commission a plus.
- Must be an excel superstar.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be an excellent problem solver.
- Takes initiative to accomplish the end goal.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Knowledge of Windows/Mac and basic IT settings a plus.
