We are actively seeking a management team or individual to live as On-site Manager. This property is a 25 unit apartment complex Located in the College area. This position is part time, approx 15-20 hrs a week. A second job or income will be necessary. Please fax resume to 858-560-7446 or respond to this email. Position is available immediately.
Duties for this property include but are not limited to the following:
- Strong leasing ability and pre-leasing when vacancies are anticipated
- Maintaining a clean and well organized property by doing daily physical inspections of the property
- Implementing and enforcing all policies and procedures of the property management company
- Providing excellent customer service
- Managing maintenance and vendors when on site
- Reporting maintenance repairs
- Maintaining professional resident relations
- Rent collections
- Serving notices
- Light maintenance. (change locks, change lights, unclog toilet)
Additional duties or job functions may be required as deemed necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualified candidates will have good communication and customer service skills both verbal and written and organizational skills; must be a dedicated team player that is detail oriented and motivated. Only those applicants with on-site apartment management experience will be considered.
