The site allows all real estate agents to participate (their marketing to agents did not start yet) however; we are the preferred brokerage which handles all offers for listings that were not ‘claimed’ by their listing agent.

Who should apply?
- Residential Real Estate Brokers / owners / manager
- Commercial Real Estate Brokers
- Residential Real Estate Agent: at least 1 year experience, know how to use social online media, blog, forums, etc
- Residential Real Estate Agent: at least 2 year experience with REO, Foreclosures, know how to use social online media, blog, forums, etc
- Commercial Real Estate Agent: at least 3 year experience, know how to use social online media, blog, forums, etc
