Guild has a full-time opportunity in our San Diego corporate office for a Junior Loan Processer.
Responsibilities to include preparing compliance packages, performing employment verifications, requesting verification of deposit and appraisals; opening escrow/title, and other duties as assigned.
The candidates for this position will possess 1 to 2 years mortgage loan processing experience, must be organized and able to multi-task; must have excellent customer service skills and be a self starter. Experience with FHA/VA loans preferred
