Work 3 blocks from the beach and walk to eat in this beautiful Ocean Beach boutique Real Estate Office. We have a prime location on Sunset Cliffs just one block before Newport with a lot of eyes on our shop.

I’m the owner of the company that my father started 25 years ago. My volume consists mainly of working with buyers in my specialized niche (first time investors), short sale listings, and leasing rentals. I am in need of an experienced, high mental energy, organized and efficient Real Estate Assistant with a positive outlook and work ethic to start immediately in this casual yet fast paced OB office environment. You are responsible for managing the day to day office duties and paperwork in the office while I am obtaining new clients. I do my thing throughout the day, and you do yours, most often times, on your own. You are the missing link to the success of this organization, and once you are on board, the sky’s the limit!

I need to meet you immediately. We will need to click completely, so I will explain a bit about myself. If there is one word to describe myself and this opportunity, it is CUTTING EDGE. Ok, make that 2 words. I value my brain above all else, and I am anal retentive about the information it carries. If there is a new law the government releases, it gets sent right to my blackberry. If there is a trendy service on the up and up, I am offering it. If there is a new stimulus lending program offered, I know all about it, and am offering the 1st day anyone can. I know people who know people who hook me up with whatever I so desire. If someone doesn’t know me, they want to. People call me for secret information and connections.

I can easily get 1 new client per day when I want to; sometimes even 3-10 clients a day depending on what I am doing. But it’s killing me to disappoint them. I can’t keep working sun up to 11:30 at night in order to close the transactions, and my time is most valuable in Sales. I’ve had several discount word of mouth assistants I’ve had to train and I don’t have time to teach someone what a Purchase Agreement looks like anymore or how an escrow period looks on a timeline, or what a HUD is. I need someone who knows what they’re doing, NOT a discount assistant. You will be rewarded for it.

In this office, Positive Outlook is key. I eliminate negative people from my life. We know The Secret and live it daily. I am about to tackle the REO market and I need someone on board to back me up and coordinate our transactions when I am out in the field bringing in new business, because when it rains, it pours, and we’re in the middle of a monsoon.
I have several people who want to work for me for free and for discounts to learn what I know, but you are worth it to me. I’ve interviewed several people by word of mouth and I definitely haven’t met you yet, which is why I wanted to open this up to the public. I know the missing link is out there. My strengths are cashflow, sales, connections, word of mouth hookups, knowing and harnessing the market, building bridges, creating long term relationships, and WOWing people. I am a straight shooter, no fluffy realtor persona here. I don’t get by on my looks or flattery. I cut out the BS and tell it how it is, all while maintaining the utmost discretion to clients.

Your strengths are as follows:
-Potential for Advancement: I am seeking out TALENT who will be with the company for years. Here’s the difference: I am not looking to pigeon-hole you into a position you hate, I am looking to discover your strengths, develop specializations, and build my business around them so that you can be promoted, and can train and help me manage your replacements.
-Independence: Have the ability to make educated decisions and keep your work flow going with little direction. Work from home if you need to here or there. Do stuff on your laptop, be on the run with your blackberry, whatever it takes. Work it. Own it. Don’t let me catch you messing around on facebook. There’s money to be made.
-Organization: See my files, be disgusted, whip up an excel spreadsheet to track things or a worksheet to put in the file and keep it organized. Keep a task list and keep us to it. I only have to tell you once and its on there and its getting done. Bug me about my tasks. Put stuff up on the wall, write stuff on the whiteboard, or make me get more files or cabinets, whatever you say the office needs to make it more efficient I’m open to, creative ideas pay off because the more efficient we are, the more deals we can close and more clients I can get and the more money we make.
-Paperwork: Make sure signatures are in the right spot, keep packets on hand for meetings, highlight where sigs are needed, keep the files pretty, make sure packages are sent to the right place at the right time, get needed disclosures signed and into escrow. Write up and submit offers. Follow up.
-Transaction Coordination: Have a master calendar and track what needs to be done by when. Order inspections, termite, septic, meet appraisers if needed or make me do it, track reports and make sure they’re delivered on time. Basically read the PA and make all the specifications happen.
-MLS: Input listings, take and add photos, pull comps, screen properties for my buyers with my guidance, call agents and see if property is available and what type of offers it has on it, or details about the scenario. If I’m showing properties, create a property list and map. Take calls about listings. Track properties. General stuff.
-General Office: Other tasks will be assigned for 4-6 hours per week. Post daily ads on craigslist, keep the office nice and organized, input expenditures into excel, etc. etc.

Pay is annual, plus bonuses, paid in increments per closing. On amount, I am open minded. Sell me on you and then tell me what you want (all in person). I prefer someone who has an alternate source of income for the family (spouse’s income, unemployment, etc.) because of course escrows take at least 30 days and you won’t be making much up front. We will close one, then another one, then another one, and THEN we will get on a roll and the money will start pouring in for you. But Real Estate pays after the fact, so please realize this and don’t complain about it. YOU WILL MAKE LOTS OF MONEY. WE WILL HAVE LOTS OF CLOSINGS! I’ve been holding off on getting REO listings until I have found you! I am duplicating a system used by countless millionaire real estate agents! This company will not stop until this status has been achieved! Let’s ROCK San Diego!
