Part Time Office Assistant position at Dakota Property Management requires a person with excellent communication and organization skills. Ability to answer phones in a positive manner and promote positive relations with clients, residents and vendors while providing accurate administrative support is a must for the qualified applicant. Qualified applicant must be bi-lingual speaking English/Spanish with some property management experience.

At this time, the Part Time Office Assistant is responsible for the following duties:

• Answer phones in a positive manner while transferring calls to the appropriate extension, taking messages or helping with information.
• Accept rents from walk-in residents while providing receipts in a positive manner.
• Process maintenance work orders.
• Process invoices for payment by matching work orders and entering into system once approved.
• Making copies and filing with accuracy is an important element in the operation.
• Additional work will be assigned as skill level dictates.




Compensation for this position is $15 per hour. Hours 11:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.
