A Brief Job Description:
Working closely with the loan officer, processing staff, realtors and borrowers,
Assisting the loan officer with prequalifying and inputting the borrowers information into origination software.
Gathering follow-up documentation and keeping everyone on both sides informed.
Working with Escrow and Title and ordering documentation throughout the transaction,
Making sure the transaction closes on time.
Qualifications:
2-3yrs of experience processing conventional, FHA and VA purchase loans
Understanding of a Real Estate Purchase Transaction, not just refinances
Experience with Point
Able to read and understand credit reports
Experience with Microsoft programs including Outlook
Real Estate License or Notary a plus
College Degree but not required
**Candidates need to be motivated, professional, detail orientated, personable and a team player. You will be communicating with all parties of the transaction so you should be pleasant and professional on the phone at all times.
