Expanding property investment company specializing in the purchase of foreclosure properties all over California seeks administration assistant and investor coordinator.
Requirements include the following:
Current RE Salesperson's Licence with five years minimum experience in the real estate field; ability to run comparative sales in one or more MLS sites, analyze data and arrive at valuations; self-starter able to take a project from inception through completion, highly computer literate, well versed in excel, word and quickbooks, producing spreadsheets if necessary; an articulate communicator to work with our investors, someone able to read title reports and monitor title problems; a detail orientated, meticulous individual prepared to go above and beyond to help our company succeed.
