Responsibilities:
Provide high quality customer service for all residents, lease all available apartments and retain customers for life.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year leasing experience required
- One year supervisory experience preferred
- Passionate and enthusiastic about making a positive impact on people
- Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Computer skills (Internet and MS Office)
- Valid California driver's license, clean driving record and insurance required
- Able to safely drive and operate golf cart to travel around the property
- Able to meet all physical requirements with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Must have a credit history that demonstrates sound financial decision making, responsibility and reliability
