H.G. Fenton Company is looking for an experienced Community Director (Property Manager).
H.G. Fenton Company, one of the largest real estate organizations in the region, is seeking an experienced Community Director for our beautiful Aquatera community located in the heart of Mission Valley. As a successful Community Director you will be responsible for leading your team to fulfill our mission to: "Know, Partner and Connect with our customers and provide quality homes and communities. You will provide staff leadership including staff development and performance management, maintain / enhance community performance, which includes: preserving the asset, maximizing income and managing expenses. Develop, implement and oversee leasing, marketing and resident relation programs and strategies in order to provide a quality customer service experience and monitor, control and manage the community financials in order to meet strategic and business plan objectives.
Qualifications:
- Two to four years experience as a residential property manager with profit and loss responsibility
- Management, supervisory skills (interviewing, evaluating performance, discipline, coaching, teambuilding)
- Passionate and enthusiastic about making a positive impact on people
- Sales and Marketing experience
- Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Bachelors degree strongly preferred
- Valid California driver's license, clean driving record and insurance required
- Able to safely drive and operate golf cart to travel around the property
- Able to meet all physical requirements with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Must have a credit history that demonstrates sound financial decision making, responsibility and reliability
