Responsible for supporting our chief TC......

Duties shall include but are not limited to:

Create new transactions in Relay and add all appropriate contacts
Create Offer Docs
Assemble New Short Sale packages.
Realtor/Homeowner liaison/customer service (Weekly Short Sale update email to homeowners)
Upload files to Relay transactions and apply appropriate Relay checklists
Send email communication when items are requested or missing
Add notes in Relay every time a file is touched (i.e. listing prices, BC offers)
Submit LOA(s) to lender / Confirm LOA(s) receive
