As a successful Real Estate Brokerage, we are looking for Full-time or Part-time Independent Real Estate Agents to work from home throughout Southern California. Must have an active CA DRE license.
HERE IS WHY YOU SHOULD WORK WITH US:
*We pay 100% commission on all Real Estate transactions to all agents minus a few dollars, see below
*No office, desk, monthly, or hidden fees
*Broker support
*Total fees per closed transaction:
$495.00 -Transaction fee up to $10,000.00 in total Comm.
$130 risk management Fee
That is all what you pay. Keep the rest to yourself and stop paying someone else's home mortgage
We also provide you with Transaction Coordination work upon request. Member of SDAR and South Riverside Assoc of Realtors
There is no gimmick, why pay traditional brokerage 20% to 80% of your commission to support someone's big office rent? With us, you get to keep all of it except for a few dollars. We also provide a free email address in the office name instead of using web based email so you look more professional.
