Many Socal seniors living on a fixed income in rent controlled mobile home parks would be adversely affected by passage of prop 98.
And to L&P---I'm not convinced that the solution for those who cannot afford to live where they work is to move away to somewhere cheaper. So all the workers who staff the service sector jobs in the coastal communities should commute to and from the inland empire? That just sounds like more traffic congestion, air pollution and resource depletion to me...
