I don't think there are ANY rent controlled places here - we have lot of section 8 housing, not rent-controlled (so far as I know) so yes, either SF or LA would be the origin of those posts...
I'm included to vote no on them too - just because I figure if I don't quite understand a bill, I shouldn't vote for it. It still amazes me that all those senators & Congressmen voted for the "USA Patriot Act" without even scanning it. That's insane!
However... I'm all for restricting the state's ability to seize property vie imminent domain. I just wonder which bill actually mean real change, ya know?
