SUMMARY
Under direct supervision, provides professional administrative support to technical team and Support Staff Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but not limited to:
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendar and provide general administrative support for Technical Services Manager.
- Compiles and drafts general correspondence and memos.
- Files and maintains customer records including on site training reports, customer files, inactive account files, etc.
- Coordinates all dealer trainings and demonstrations by maintaining training database including processing incoming photos, checklist and onsite training reports, attendee list, agenda, travel and transportation.
- Updates and assembles manuals for technical team: Safety, HP-21, MSDS, Tech Reference, Industrial Tech Reference, Color Guide, Home Pro, Spanish Tech Reference, Spanish Safety and Industrial Manuals.
- Administers and processes training evaluations from dealers regarding trainers and technical representatives by contacting customers directly and conducting telephone evaluations on Regional Account Managers.
- Drafts and issues training certificates for dealers with completed trainings.
- Assists with assembling and updating product sample packages including literature/collateral inventory, product sample work orders, shipping instructions as for tradeshows and as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Some college or university; or one to two years related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years computer experience in Windows environment software, MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize projects, handles multiple tasks, work independently and as a team player, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Superior organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to follow-up, multi-task and type 55 wpm.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a team setting with diverse persons.
- Pleasant, positive, and confident presentation of self and office.
