POSITION PURPOSE
The purpose of this position is to ensure the efficient and timely operation of the administrative work product of the Collections Department. This includes working with other office coordinators, administrative assistants, the data imaging specialist and the collectors to ensure that clients are provided the highest level of service on a daily basis.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
High volume of preparing files for scanning, scanning, copying, mailroom sorting, inter-office delivery to 4 floors, and lifting and carrying boxes of files and office supplies. Must be able to lift up to 50 pound boxes occasionally.

Required:
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task to process and produce a high volume of work, Usage of general office equipment. Typing 30 wpm, quick learner.

Preferred:
Some legal process knowledge and knowledge of the courts, Prior law office and/or scanning experience. Knowledge of unlawful detainer, post judgment court paperwork, and/or rental housing paperwork.
