We are a growing dynamic, growing investment firm in La Jolla, California, specializing in alternative investments. We gather information on thousands of hedge funds and managed-futures products and negotiate access with a select group of these products in order to offer them to our deep list of clients and prospects. Our current clients have over $2 billion in trading level allocated to investments on our platform.
We are seeking an Operations Assistant to handle the following job responsibilities:

• Scanning and maintaining database of electronic documents
• Handling varied administration projects related to office facilities, shipping, etc.
• Acting as front desk and phone back-up
• Providing “white-glove” service to internal and external customers and handling client requests and needs


Required:

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data input
• Strong ability to:
o Take initiative
o Work both independently and under the direction of different departments
o Perform successfully under deadlines/pressure
o Work collaboratively with others
• Excellent verbal communication skills – a professional phone presence
• Working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Bachelors degree
