Position Summary
Currently hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant for our San Diego location. Excellent organization skills, self-motivated, professional, and the ability to manage confidential data required. Good Excel and Word skills required. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, making clinical charts, answering the phone, filing, copying, faxing, ordering and restocking office supplies, making coffee, ensuring office cleanliness between cleaning service visits, and other administrative responsibilities.
