Small law firm seeking front office/administrative assistant. Duties include: answering multiple phone lines, maintaining calendar, overseeing office administrative duties, filing.
Prior office experience helpful;
Ability to word process - WordPerfect exerience helpful;
Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects;
Good communication skills.
35 hours/week: M-F 9-5.
