Seasonal Concierge: Westfield UTC Shopping Center has FT (32 hrs./wk) Seasonal Concierge opening (November 27 – December 31, 2009).
Duties include responding to customers’ informational needs, answering phones, selling gift cards, assisting management with activities, promotions, and special events.
Basic computer and internet skills and the ability to work weekends/nights is required. Social Media experience including copywriting, blogging and photography, a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills and prior retail/customer service, cash handling and social media experience preferred.
