Rose Leadership Institute (RLI) is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to recruit and enroll members for our Geoleader Certificate Program. Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for recruiting online members for this exclusive anytime, anywhere professional development program to develop global leaders - GEOLEADERS.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The Enrollment Advisor makes outbound calls to prospective members qualifying them on their interest in RLI.
• The Enrollment Advisor utilizes sales contacts to identify prospective members and most relevant manner in which to contact prospects, including industry associations
• The Enrollment Advisor conducts members appointments with prospective members over the phone to further explore their primary motivations for going to school. The Enrollmen Advisor also disseminates course and program information to new and potential members.
• The Enrollment Advisor verifies enrollment status and ensures members are eligible for admissions. For the initial course, this includes attendance, academic and enrollment process to ensure that members comply with RLI's policy and procedures.
• The Enrollment Advisor also follows up with members that apply for admission, making sure they are prepared to start class. Some of these duties include: online orientation to the learning platform, ordering the first set of books, and the successful completion of the Geoleader Certificate Program.
• Perform other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 30 college units in undergraduate studies from a regionally accredited institution is required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Must possess a thorough knowledge of the higher education market and industry
• Previous sales, customer service or marketing experience entailing one on one interaction is required
• Inside sales in a call center environment a plus
• Must have an excellent command of verbal and professional presentation skills to accurately convey RLI's information over the phone
• Must be results oriented and have the ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
• Web savvy skills appreciated: Microsoft Office products, HTML, Photoshop, Adobe Connect
• E-learning tools knowledge: Blackboard (preferred)
