Senior Marketing Analyst

Reply.com, a hot pre-IPO company located in greater San Francisco, seeks to hire a brilliant Senior Marketing Analyst. This person will play a critical role in driving Reply’s profitable growth by compiling and analyzing Search Engine Marketing, Advertising, Affiliate, Email, and Consumer data across Real Estate, Autos, Home Improvement and future vertical brands. This position will deliver key insights on how to maximize our return on investment.

Responsibilities

•Analyze online data to provide actionable learnings and insights to improve online programs
•Close coordination with engineering team for campaign tracking and measurement
•Generate standard and ad-hoc reports on a regular basis
•Collaborate with business colleagues to formulate questions and design strategic studies/reports
•Extract and manipulate data from multiple sources to inform business decisions and actions
•Assist in development and maintenance of data dictionary
•Establish benchmarks and leverage new learnings to optimize and refine

Qualifications:

•Strong ability to think independently and creatively to translate business requirements and business challenges into analytic project design
•Robust understanding of online measurement and analytics, with the ability to provide meaningful insights in ways that colleague can understand and act upon
•Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing or a relevant field required
•Process strong computer skills and master Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
•Experienced in web analytics tools (Omniture, Webtrends, Google Analytics etc)
•A minimum of 3 years of related analytic experience
•Demonstrate strong business, analytical, reporting, and technical skills
•Able to develop and maintain effective working relationships across functions and organizational levels
•Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail
•Ability to multi-task and deliver objectives consistently
•Effective presentation and communication skills, verbally and in writing
•Experience in the real estate and/or auto online marketing industry a strong plus
•Must be a team player but also have the ability to work independently
•Statistical skills are a plus
