FIELD REPRESENTATIVE

GENERAL SUMMARY
The NewSchool of Architecture & Design is a private postsecondary college whose mission is to develop technically competent, aesthetically sensitive, socially responsible professionals in the fields or architecture and media arts. The School is launching new programs and is currently accepting resumes for the position(s) of Field Representative for the following programs:

• Bachelor in Digital Media Arts degree comprised of two distinct concentrations: Design & Visualization and Environmental Graphic Design.
  
• Bachelor in Construction Management
  
• Bachelor in Architecture

JOB DUTIES

Recruit qualified students for these exciting new programs

Implement all of the recruitment efforts within a specified territory (primarily local and regional) and consistently following up with the leads generated in order to drive enrollment for the program

Manage prospects from lead to start and meeting quarterly enrollment goals for the programs

Create, establish and maintain key relationships with high schools and other assigned organizations

Participate in onsite enrollment activities such as open houses and guided tours

Attend local conferences and events, and participate in relevant student-oriented activities in local communities

Meet and exceed performance standards including lead generation and enrollment goals

Provide important feedback to management to ensure future success

Assist with mentoring and training as needed

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
  
• Previous sales, marketing or admissions experience required
  
• Flexible schedule, with ability to work some Saturdays and evenings
  
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
  
• Comfortable with heavy computer and phone usage
  
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
  
• Work well with other departments and able to handle a fast-paced environment
