Job Description:
You'll be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training personnel in the marketing, canvassing, show, & event deparments.
You'll be responsible for the supervision of marketing activites that must provide 40+ confirmed appointments per day for our sales deparments in Los Angeles & San Diego.
You'll be responsible for tracking all statistics for the marketing department. Providing payroll to the accounting departments. Creating and implimenting scripts that are current with today's events and needs.
You'll be asked to work very hard, and in return you will be paid very well. Our company is poised to open an additional two orffices this year!
This is direct sales and marketing! You will get paid based on your ability to help create leads that lead to sales. This is not a cozy, sit in your chair and direct type of position.
