La Jolla law firm seeks entry-level trademark Docket Clerk (with option to earn paralegal certificate on the job) or experienced Docketing Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have: (1) experience using database programs (PATTSY or other IP docketing software a plus); (2) mastery of Microsoft Word, including letter generation and formatting; (3) excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, including proofreading; and (4) the ability to work independently and with others in a professional law office environment.
