Summary:<br>
The Education and Outreach Manager oversees the coordination, development, organization, implementation and evaluation of curriculum and materials for the Project Wildlife Education and Volunteer Programs respectively. In addition, the EOM assists with the coordination of the public relations for the agency in support of the PW mission: Conservation through education and wildlife care. <br>
<br>
Duties and Responsibilities:<br>
	Market and arrange all educational programs, manage contracts, collect presentation fees and coordinate volunteers and animals to appear as scheduled.  <br>
	Coordinate and schedule education animal presentations. <br>
	Act as lead educator when volunteers are unavailable.<br>
	Assist in coordinating internal agency trainings and workshops.<br>
	Oversee volunteer recruitment, corporate outreach, and volunteer recognition events.<br>
	Manage volunteer application processing for the agency  <br>
	Develop and manage the agencys Speakers Bureau.<br>

Position Requirements:<br>
	Proven organization, time management and decision-making abilities. <br>
	Knowledge of current teaching trends in the conservation field is highly desired. <br>
	A bachelors degree in education, natural science, or a closely related field desired. <br>
	Experience working in a position related to education, exhibits, and/or interpretive programs at a zoo, aquarium, or museum a plus. <br>

The Home Care Services Manager oversees the Project Wildlifes home care satellite rehabilitation program and is the PW liaison to local veterinarians, animal shelters and other animal agencies. <br>

	Responsible for all recruitment and management of animal rehabilitation teams including hotline, transport and cage building.<br>
	Is familiar with PW documents/forms and is responsible for enforcing volunteer policies and procedures. <br>
	Coordinates the production of training materials for volunteer recruitment and team meetings.<br>
	Designs, coordinates and presents outreach programming to veterinarians, animal shelters, and other animal agencies. <br>
	Interacts and communicates with various groups and individuals at the PW Triage Center including staff, volunteers, home care rehabilitators and the public.<br>
	Administers regular inspections of home care rehabilitation satellites to insure compliance with PW protocols and permitting agencies.<br>
	Attends rehabilitation team meetings and trainings.<br>

The Building Operations Supervisor will have primary responsibility for the management of the Aquatic Adventures facility and technology systems, and for the supervision of facility assistants and volunteers.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Building Operations Supervisor will be responsible for:

Program Operations 
<br>
	Purchase, organize and maintain inventory of supplies

	Lead supply prep and break down of large yearly events

Facilities

	Oversee planning, design, construction, maintenance, and buildings.

	Maintain facilities to proper safety standards

	Upkeep of fleet of 3-5 vehicles

Management 
<br>
	Manage a team of 1-2 facility assistants

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

	2+ years experience in facility management
<br>
	Management experience preferred 
<br>
	Experience working with audiences of diverse ethnic and educational backgrounds preferred

	Ability to work alone or in a team setting

	Knowledge of IT systems

Maintain cleanliness and organize all banquet areas. <br>
Ensure that all banquet functions and pre-function areas are maintained for cleanliness. <br>

The ideal candidate must appreciate a high level of customer service and be able to perform in a timely matter. Candidate will be required to correctly document all service and duties performed on-site. You must also be excellent at communicating with end-users.

The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge and experience in the following areas:
<br>

<br>
	Assess and support client networks from 5-60 nodes. Understand network infrastructure and be able to quickly interpret and troubleshoot third party business applications.
<br>
	Maintain and troubleshoot all Microsoft Desktop operating systems and applications including but not limited to, Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer
<br>
	Working experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting NT Backup, Veritas, Symantec Corporate, McAfee Enterprise, Trend Micro, Sonicwall firewalls, print servers
<br>
	Have experience working with Windows 2000/2003 Server, Windows 2000/2003 Small Business Server, Exchange Server 2003, Terminal Server
<br>
	Also have experience with Kaseya andConnectWise 
<br>
	Understanding of Active Directory deployment and group policy management
<br>
	Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
<br>
