The Sr. Corporate Executive Recruiter, known internally as a Sr. Chair Selection Advisor, is responsible for recruiting the highest caliber Senior Executive candidates in any given U.S. market.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
„X The Sr. Chair Selection Advisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day details of Selection engagements, interfacing with candidates, and directing internal administrative and research resources as needed.
„X Develop strong relationships with people and effectiveness at persuading and influencing senior level candidates.
„X Develop and maintain solid relationships with various sources and opportunities in your region, including but not limited to: outplacement firms, boards of directors, conferences, job fairs, outplacement seminars, job search seminars, community based organizations, public speaking events, associations, and the current Chair community.
„X Demonstrate strong organizational skills with a commitment to follow up consistently with candidates in a timely manner.
„X Conduct candidate telling sessions and screening interviews.
„X Perform behavioral based and performance based interviews.
„X Responsible for processing a high volume of calls to and from candidates on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
„X Maintain regular tracking of candidates to ensure that individual, team, and company selection goals are being met.
„X Participate in developing analytical data about all facets of the hiring process, including evaluation of financial performance, source effectiveness, activity reporting and other analysis, as needed.
„X Extend offers/agreements verbally and follow up on all paperwork including contract, background checks, and dates for training.
„X Present candidates¡¦ strengths and weaknesses to the Chair candidate review board and other parties.
„X Disqualify unqualified candidates in a professional manner.
„X Serving as a consultant to our clients and developing new relationships with businesses in our target markets

QUALIFICATIONS:
„X Experience in Management Consulting, Sales, Business Development or Project Management will serve as an excellent foundation for the Consultant role.

THE PERSON:
He/She is a polished and professional executive recruiter. This individual will have responsibility for the entire recruiting cycle for the Business Coach (Chair) Selection process. This candidate must have exemplary time management skills and should be innovative and driven. Candidate must be adaptive, forward-thinking, eager to go beyond his/her comfort zone.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years¡¦ experience in industry and/or in senior-level executive search, experience in consulting and/or working in a consultative role where multiple projects and competing demands are the norm, and proven business development ability.

EDUCATION:

B.S. or B.A. is required. An MBA or equivalent business experience is preferred and 5+ years related experience and/or training.
