We are growing and expanding through out our regions, therefore, have an immediate need for an experienced Recruiting Sourcer for our San Diego corporate office located in Kearny Mesa. Essential Position Responsibilities:

1) Candidate Sourcing
- Provide strategic input on best sourcing channels and meet with manager to develop specific recruiting plans
- Assist recruiters in developing a pipeline of candidates
- Source prospects from resume databases, web sites, passive candidates, LinkedIn searches, advertisements, cold calling, job fairs, etc.
- Evaluate profiles of potential candidates and perform preliminary phone screens to determine availability, location, interest level, and basic qualifications
- Research and recommend blogs and sites that focus on our specialties
- Develop and maintains professional relationships with college, university and community college placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicants

2) Manage Brand Presence
- Create and utilize ads that are consistent with employee value proposition
- Ensure advertisements, job descriptions and postings are consistent throughout mediums and reflect brand
- Post positions and advertisements
- Manage renewals of postings
- Create database of all advertisements

3) Reference Checks
- Conduct references on all potential hires

4) Recruiting Metrics
- Run reports in Applicant Management System and HRIS analyzing results of recruiting strategy for senior management
- Track and monitor results of recruitment tools, including hires, inquiries, etc.
- Track all advertising expenses; create budget, keep track of PO orders

5) Employee Referral Program
- Manage and promote employee referral program to all clinicians

6) Recruitment mailings
- Order and format lists from state boards on all providers
- Produce regional mailings as needed

7) Other
- Assists with other administrative tasks as necessary

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 2 or more years of related experience required
- Experience with HRIS and Microsoft office
- Knowledge of employment law
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
