Hi I live in Omaha, Ne and am coming to Southern Ca for about 5 months for the winter. All I really need is someplace to crash at night from about 10pm to 7 or 8 am. Just about anything will be fine as long as its waterproof. I plan on being gone almost all the time and I have a membership to 24 hour fitness so I don't even need a place to shower. I've been Los Angeles based off and on for the past few years but I've had my heart set on San Diego for the longest. 26 y/o male who travels for work (systems engineer for live bands) looking for a bedroom asap! I leave September 12th-October 5th so I'll be gone during that time on the road but I am down to pay rent/utilities for when I'm away so if you like privacy, I'm a good bet. Looking for a place to live in the Clairemont/Mira Mesa/Miramar area. Need to be out of my current place by the end of July. Looking for a room to myself (don't mind sharing a bathroom) and to pay no more than $550/month (including utilities).

I'm a 30 year old Male, in the Navy. I'm a pretty laid back guy and easy to get along with. I don't smoke and drink socially/occasionally.

Only catch is that I'm a single father of 2 daughters (one here, one in another state). The youngest (2 y/o) would be staying with me every other weekend until October; my oldest (7 y/o) would only be around for a bit at Christmas (if I don't go on vacation) and for a week in March.

I would be able to stay until next April or May when I am due to transfer with the Navy.
