This position will direct, manage, supervise, organize, implement, analyze, develop, and evaluate the nursing department program in accordance with Seacrest Village policy and procedure, OBRA, CA State and Federal regulations. High school diploma .Requires current RN license in State of CA. Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing. Prefer minimum five (5) years as a Director of Nursing, which includes two (2) years in supervisory or administration capacity or any comparable combination of education, experience and proven ability.
