...I had been working out at the gym for over a year seeing slow results. I wasn't able push myself & to do any cardio; I was extremely bored by the monotonous routine. I found Wired Fitness online & decided to attend the free trial class & I never went back to the gym. Bryan's classes are fun, challenging & extremely rewarding. I have gone down 3 sizes in 3 months and my body is changing by the week. Because it's a group class the other participants push you to work hard & keep up. I have become stronger, leaner & my stamina has increased drastically. ...With only three months to go before my wedding, I knew I had to do something fast to look my very best on such an important day. I had been toying with the idea of joining an outdoor fitness camp for months, not so much to lose weight but to firm up the areas of my body that had never had any definition. It's funny, but initially I signed up with another company and changed my mind at the last minute--a decision I will never regret. I have NEVER enjoyed exercising, but now I am addicted and plan to continue training with Bryan even after my wedding day. Halfway through my first class I was nauseous, looking for a place to hide, and already composing the cop-out email in my head. But somehow I made it through the class and I felt great! I decided to keep going and haven't missed a class yet. I am continually challenged in new ways and for the first time in my life I have muscles! Just the other day I made someone feel my abs. The people are great, Bryan is great, the Mission Bay location is awesome, and I recommend Wired Fitness to anyone.
