Do you want to continue your Awakening Journey using Eckhart Tolle's tools from "A New Earth" and "The Power of Now"? Then this weekly group is for you!
Learning is maximized using an experiential focus. In the group, you will:
• Practice Tolle’s awakening exercises, including Movement Meditations and Relaxed Awareness Meditations
• Identify challenges in your daily life and learn how to apply Tolle’s liberating techniques
• Learn how to shift from your usual mental/ego state to Practicing Presence—a journey from chaos to peace
• Watch and discuss excerpts from selected Tolle retreats and workshops

I am a licensed psychotherapist and meditator for 30 years, and have been practicing and sharing Tolle’s teachings for five years. Whether you are new to this Journey or have been on the Path for some time, all are warmly welcomed, as together we each do our part to create A New Earth and awaken to our life’s purpose.
