An unknown restaurant is soon to be the new hottest place in town due to key changes. Dedication, experience, professionalism, hard-working, committed, and open-minded people are the only candidates that will be accepted. This restaurant has set themselves up for success in the next couple months to be the restaurant of the year. A vigorous interviewing process will be taking place in order to establish the team of Year 2010. You must be willing to put forth hard work and effort to take this restaurant’s existing establishment to the next level. Candidates must prove themselves in having technical skills and work to be the top three performers in our establishment. Must be committed to their community and be willing to work non-profit events. Limited spots left..
Hostess & Busser Requirements:
- Must have 1-2 years of experience (Servers require 3-4 years)
- Must be available to work weekends & holidays
- Must be a team player
- Must be highly & self motivated
- Must be friendly, out-going, open-minded, personable, creative, and willing to go above & beyond
- Full time/part job availability
- Shifts run from 3 pm - 11:30 pm 7 days a week (Lunch to be introduced within 4-5 months)
- All applying positions are highly preferred to have Fine Dining experience
- Must be a able to multi-task
- Must be able to provide beneficial learning tools in a group environment
