Pizza Fusion is a new take on America's favorite food. We proudly serve up delicious, gourmet pizza in its purest form - untainted by artificial additives, preservatives, growth hormones, pesticides, nitrates and trans fats (to name a few). While we're famous for our pizza, our 75% organic menu features an eclectic variety of gourmet sandwiches, salads, desserts, beer and wine. Additionally, we proudly offer health conscious alternatives for our friends with selective diets and food allergies, such as our delicious gluten-free pizza, brownies and beer and our tasty vegan selections.

As a Pizza Cook at Pizza Fusion your responsibilities will include:

o Ensure all ingredients are prepped correctly and in a timely manner.
o Ensure all menu items are prepared and portioned in accordance with the recipe boards.
o Work the pizza line, salad line and expediting stations.
o Maintain a clean working area and follow proper food safety protocols.
o Additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager.

To be considered for this position you must have the following:

- Two years minimum experience as a pizza cook
- San Diego County Food Handlers Card
- Clean driving record
- References
