Seeking an experienced and qualified Breakfast Lunch Sous/ Lead Line. Must be a foodie and have ability to set up an efficient line for quick
service & maintain quality control. Some menu creation. Not a egg and toast type place. High quality interesting food. Sat Sun only for Break & Lunch shifts but also have 2-3 shifts per night at dinner serice if needed. Busy local spot. References are required.
