Club Demonstration Services, the nation’s largest consumer experience marketer, is in need of a Sales Manager to support our dynamic Sales Department for our nationwide Food and Retail related events.

The Sales Manager position acts as the liaison between buyers, vendors and brokers for all issues related to the retailer’s in-house event demonstration program. Develops and expands the product base by enhancing vendor relationships and service.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS:

A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business administration or related field with a minimum of three years of experience in sales, marketing or related field, one (1) year of which involved supervising and training staff. Alternatively, a minimum of five years related experience, one of which involved supervising and training staff. Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy with a wide variety of individuals. Ability to work effectively with constantly changing priorities and deadlines. Ability to prioritize, seek input and motivate others and problem solve independently. Strong organizational, attention to detail and time management skills. Above average computer skills including working knowledge of Word, Excel and a web based system. Ability to travel as required. Candidates with experience in the CPG, Event Marketing or Foodservice preferred.
This is a Full Time salaried role based out of our offices in San Diego.
