Sammy's Woodfired Pizza is our upscale/casual restaurant company that is growing and expanding. We operate 17 locations in San Diego County, Las Vegas, Palm Desert and Los Angeles Area.

Roppongi Restaurant and Sushi Bar is our award-winning Asian-fusion restaurant with a beautiful wine list and a fantastic menu. This location is located in La Jolla, California.

Mosaic Catering is our newest division for us here at Ladeki Restaurant Group. We are looking to expand this side of our business.

We have an immediate need for a Catering Sales Manager. The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the sales of Mosaic Catering and leading the operations of the functions. The Catering Sales Manager will coordinate the proposal and contract process and interface with the chef and operations. All details from the initial meeting and proposal to the actual event will be in your hands. This position must be present at most of the functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong current customer base of off-site catering clients in San Diego. Additionally this candidate will have:
