Bartenders:
Experience is a plus but we can train
Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails
Experience with POS systems is an asset
Flexible schedule but must be able to work lunch and dinner at least 3 days a week.

Waiters:
Fine dining experience
Wine knowledge is an asset
