Se busca Chef con experiencia con alta cocina y autentica comida Mexicana. Buscamos a un chef que queira crecer con una compania exitosa que sigue creciendo donde hay mucho futuro.

Candidates should be self motivated with an eagerness to learn with a true passion for Mexican cusine.
Applicants should possess at least 2 years of chef experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and should have experience with prep, product ordering, food costing and inventory control.
Experience with authentic Mexican cuisine is required.

Chef responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- training and management of current/new staff
- ordering /inventory/receiving
- menu development
- implementing and supervising cleaning schedule
