Casa de las Campanas, an upscale retirement community in Rancho Bernardo has an opening for a full time Dining Room Supervisor. The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of dining room procedure and operations to ensure maximum quality service to residents and their guests.
Responsibilities:
Supervises dining room employees, assists Food & Beverage Manager in recruiting and training new dining employees; maintains monthly inventories; monitors and enforces dress code of dining room staff.
Requirements:
High school graduate, minimum of two-years dining room or fine dining restaurant experience.
Must speak, read and write English; must be able to follow oral and written instructions, good
communication skills. Able to identify, address and resolve dining room issues when appropriate. Possess excellent interpersonal skills, ability to think quickly and act appropriately in emergency situations.
