I'm looking to hire a part time Real Estate Assistant. This job will entail showing property, assisting with all paperwork and disclosures involved in every Real Estate transaction. You must have a California Real Estate License. I work for the biggest Bank Owned Realtor in the county so there is a lot of business.
This person can work from home, but must have a vehicle to show clients property when needed. I will need this assistant to help with emails, faxing and calling leads as well.
