Project is on providing advanced technologies, engineering development and production engineering for our software-defined radio programs including the communications, navigation and identification (CNI) development for F-22 and F-35 aircraft; Airborne and Maritime/Fixed Station Joint Tactical Radio System (AMF JTRS); Counter Radio-Controlled Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Warfare (CREW) system; and Secure Wireless LAN.
Real-time embedded software engineer responsible for developing software for the Joint Counter Radio-Controlled Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Warfare (JCREW) 3.3 system. Responsibilities include requirements specification, design, development, software test, hardware/software integration and test and documentation.
Work involves large, complex, multi-processor, multi-threaded real-time applications on embedded systems in a SEI CMMI Level 5 process environment with parallel hardware development.
Basic Qualifications: Experience in real-time embedded systems development. or digital engineering design or systems engineering. Must have strong background in all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirements, design, code and test and SW/HW integration.
Experience in use of logic analyzers, oscilloscopes and other lab test equipment a must. Must have working knowledge of C++ and object-oriented design, GreenHills Integrity OS or similar environment.
2 or more years of embedded software development or Digitial Engineering (NOT FPGA) design.

B.S. degree or better in CS, EE or CE
Experience developing net-ready systems utilizing a secure network a plus . Knowledge of Role Based Access Control (RBAC), Force XXI Battlefield Command – Brigade and Below (FBCB2), Army Battle Command System (ABCS) server/client and BCCS (Battle Command Common Services) desirable.
