Kid Ventures is San Diego's newest and coolest indoor play village. We are growing rapidly and looking for superstars to join our team and primarily work at our Birthday Parties on weekends (may be opportunities for hours during the week as well). We already have a really fantastic core staff and are looking for some new team members who want to be a part of something really special.
Kid Ventures is a very special place. We have a wonderful facility and wonderful clients. Our priorities are safety, cleanliness and customer service. A superstar staff member needs to be committed to ensuring all of those priorities are met with a big smile. Qualifications include:
- Experience working with children and a passion for working with children
- A neat freak....keeping things clean is a must when dealing with children and we want staff that won't except anything less
- Responsible and a multi-tasker.
- Ability to work in a high pressure fast paced environment. We do multiple parties a day and all parties must be the best experience ever.
- Ability to work independently and must feel comfortable in a small business environment
- Someone who gives 110% all the time
- Team player
