I am looking for someone to help me train my 11mo old puppy. He is small but the main problem is that I can't take him out in public without him lunging at other dogs, kids on bikes, other people. He isn't aggressive...just too hyper. I want to take him more places if he could behave a bit better...but I can't afford the $40hr trainers.

Is there anyone who could help with a bit of a more reasonable price?
