My Nanny has been with me for a very short period of time and I unfortunatly can't keep her as I require a full-time commitment. However she's a really nice girl and lived with us. She's looking for a part-time childcare exchange for room and board. She's 24 years old and very responsible, english speaking but does speak spanish fluently. She provided me with 15 hours a week of childcare.
