We are looking for a childcare provider for our daughter who is almost one year old. We have a babysitter that we currently use, but due to the nature of our jobs the schedule can change a little bit from week to week and she cannot always be available due to school and other obligations.

That being said, we would really prefer someone who has some flexibility with their schedule. We would like to have care in our home, with mostly afternoons and evenings until about 8 or 9pm. Daytime care can possibly be at your home, as long as she gets back for bedtime!

We are a young and laid back family who really wants someone who will interact with her and use positive reinforcement and redirection. She is a happy baby and has developed a following of fans wherever she goes :)

We are both just starting out in new jobs, and as such have a limited budget to adhere to. We currently pay between $5 and $7 per hour which does not include cleaning or other household duties. As we move along in our positions an increase in pay may be an option.
