Military Contractor specializing in customized military jewelry has an opening for an exceptional Customer Service Representative.
You have:
• A strong customer service background (light collections, retention, follow-up)
• The ability to listen to our customers’ concerns and address them with courtesy and patience
• The ability to shift gears when needed—work as part of a team or independently to get the job done efficiently and accurately
• A strong computer background—working knowledge of Excel and databases is a PLUS
• Excellent communication skills—verbal and written, both with your co-workers and customers
• Strong organizational skills, initiative and a desire to succeed!
• At least 2 years experience working in Customer Service
Job Responsibilities:
• Inbound/Outbound customer service calls
• Resolve customer service issues
• Customer retention
• Follow-up on delinquent accounts
• Follow-up on missing account information and incomplete orders
• Manage and update customer service databases
