Pharmaceutical Account Representatives will work in an inbound/outbound call center to verify medical insurance. Representatives are responsible for supporting programs including but not limited to, patient assistance programs and insurance benefit research. Over three years of customer service experience desired. Experience in a medical, insurance, or loan capacity is a plus. Candidates will have a great previous work history, type 40 wpm, and must be computer savvy! Must have intermediate skills in Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel. All candidates must be able to pass background and drug screen!
